Administrative subject files of the Lino Lakes Correctional Facility, part of the state correctional facility system operated by the Corrections Department. The files, which include correspondence, reports, memos, statistics, and proposals, document policy and procedures, training, and programs on pre-release services, helping ex-offenders with employment, sex offender counseling, and vocational slotting. They include files detailing the facilities relation with EXCEL and HIRE, two non-facility programs. There are also statistics on inmates in minimum security (1987-1989).
